RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At PAOLA PACHECO, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

 

Return Eligibility

  • In-Stock Items: You may return or exchange in-stock items within 5 days of receiving your order for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. The item must be in new and unused condition and returned in its original packaging to ensure full credit.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Please note that custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

 

Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Any items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return criteria at PAOLA PACHECO’s sole discretion.

 

Return Process

  • To return your item, carefully package it in its original box and ensure it is securely sealed to avoid damage during transit.
  • Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees.
  • We strongly recommend using UPS or insured parcel post for returns to ensure proper tracking. Additionally, we advise you to purchase adequate insurance to cover the value of the item, as PAOLA PACHECO is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mishandled return shipments.

Refunds and Processing Time

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved returns will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, or store credit will be issued.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed and appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

 

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
