SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping (Within the Continental U.S.)

  • Processing Time: We typically process and ship orders within 2 business days from our location in South Florida. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
  • Free Shipping: We offer complimentary shipping for orders of $350 or more. For orders under $350, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
  • Shipping Carriers: We do not offer USPS shipping. Available shipping methods include:
    • UPS Next Day Air: Guarantees delivery within 1 business day, excluding weekends.
    • UPS 2nd Day Air: Ensures delivery within 2 business days, excluding weekends.
    • FedEx Ground: Delivery time varies depending on the destination.

Insurance and Delivery Attempts

  • Insurance: All pieces are fully insured during shipment to ensure their protection while in transit.
  • UPS Delivery Attempts: UPS will make three delivery attempts. If you are unavailable to sign for your package after three attempts, the piece will be returned to us. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to have the item re-shipped.

Delivery Times

  • Delivery times are dependent on the shipping method selected during checkout and are in addition to the 2-business-day processing time. These delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed, especially during peak seasons or in case of delays outside our control.

Shipping Recommendations

  • Order Early: For standard ground shipping, we recommend placing your order at least 10 business days before your event to ensure sufficient time for processing and delivery.

International Shipping

  • Duties & Taxes: For international orders, PAOLA PACHECO is not responsible for duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by customs. These charges are the recipient's responsibility.
  • Shipping Delays: PAOLA PACHECO is not responsible for delays due to customs or other issues during international shipping.

Order Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the progress.
  • Signature Requirement: All shipments require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure you are available to sign for your package to avoid missed deliveries.

Custom Orders

  • Processing Time: Custom or made-to-order items may take up to 4 to 6 weeks to be fabricated and shipped.
